After a decade of operations leadership and Change Management consulting, earning my Master’s Degree in Science (Applied Organizational Psychology), and experiencing firsthand the high cost of unsustainable achievement, I’ve developed an untraditional perspective: no one will save us from burnout but ourselves.
As a PROSCI® certified Change Management Practitioner who has led transformations across media, entertainment, and creative industries, I’ve witnessed how the right systems can simultaneously elevate performance and wellbeing. Diagnosed with several serious autoimmune diseases in my early twenties, I initially ignored my body’s stress signals, which led to a health crisis that forced me to rebuild both my physical health and mindset.
Through this journey, I’ve discovered effective strategies that have dramatically improved my quality of life while maintaining my ambitious goals.
